What Replenly can import
The Import page in Replenly accepts three kinds of CSV file:
- Purchase orders: a purchase order CSV exported from Stocky, uploaded as it is.
- Suppliers: Stocky did not export supplier lists, so fill in the suppliers template with names, emails and lead times.
- Product settings: also not exported by Stocky. Fill in the product settings template with SKU, supplier, cost, reorder point and safety stock days.
Both templates download from the Import page. Replenly detects the file type from its headers. Imports are included on every plan, including Free.
Replenly is an independent app. Stocky features, integrations and records without an equivalent in Replenly are not imported.
Import in the right order
Import suppliers first, then product settings, then purchase orders, so products and orders can be matched to their suppliers. Keep an untouched copy of every original file.
Each import produces a row-level error report. Fix the failed rows and upload the file again. Importing the same file twice does not create duplicates.
Check the result
Compare the imported suppliers, product settings, purchase order quantities and statuses with your source files. Imported purchase orders are a record of past orders: they do not change inventory quantities in Shopify.

Get help with an import
If a file does not match a supported format, email Vishal with the error report and a description of the file. Ask what is needed before sending store data, and keep your original files intact.
