Yes. The free plan includes reorder forecasting for up to 100 SKUs and 5 submitted purchase orders per month (drafts don't count), plus supplier returns, inventory value, stocktakes, ingredients and recipes, CSV imports, low-stock alerts, and barcode label printing. Growth and Pro offer a 14 day free trial.
Yes. Fill in the supplier and product settings templates from the Import page, or upload a purchase order CSV exported from Stocky. Each import shows a row-level error report, and imported purchase orders do not change your Shopify inventory. Read the import guide.
Suggestions use historical sales velocity, supplier lead times, safety stock, available stock (on hand minus committed), and inbound stock, then round up to the supplier's case size and minimum. Open "Show the math" on any suggestion to see each number. These are estimates, not guarantees of future demand. You review and can adjust quantities before ordering.
No. Replenly suggests quantities and you decide. It creates purchase orders only when you select products and create them, and it never changes a product's supplier. An alternate supplier's costs and ordering rules apply when you choose to order from that supplier.
Yes. Record a full or partial delivery and write the received quantities back to Shopify inventory. The remaining quantity can be received when it arrives. Damaged units are recorded separately and never added to stock, and a supplier return reduces Shopify stock to match.
PDF and email purchase orders are included in Growth and Pro. The free plan supports up to 5 submitted purchase orders per month, but does not include PDF and email purchase orders.
Yes, on every plan. Create an incoming webhook in Slack and paste its URL in Replenly's settings. Low-stock summaries go to that channel alongside the email, and Slack also gets a short notice when a purchase order is fully received.
Growth and Pro include a read-only API key for pulling reorder suggestions, purchase orders, suppliers, stock levels and ingredients into your own tools. It cannot change anything. Ask Vishal for the API documentation.
