Start with a reorder decision
Replenly groups reorder recommendations by supplier. Suggestions consider historical sales velocity, supplier lead time, safety stock, available stock (on hand minus committed), and stock already inbound. That gives you a starting point for the next order. Open the math on any suggestion to see how it was worked out, with days of cover and an estimate of what the order will cost.
A suggestion is an estimate. Check upcoming promotions, unusual sales, and other changes in your business before deciding the final quantity. You can adjust an order to match what you actually want to buy.
Shopify also has its own purchase orders in the admin, with suppliers, products, costs and payment terms, CSV line import, a PDF export, and receiving through a linked inventory transfer (Shopify Help, checked October 2026). Replenly's purchase orders are separate: you create and manage them in the Replenly app, with reorder suggestions to help decide what and how much to buy, and receiving writes the quantities back to Shopify inventory.
Turn the selection into a supplier order
Select the products you want to replenish and create purchase orders by supplier. Review quantities and unit costs, then keep order details together as the order moves through the purchasing process.
Add lines faster by pasting SKU and quantity lines or dropping in a CSV file. Suggested quantities round up to each supplier's case size and minimum, and the supplier SKU prints on the order. When you order from an alternate supplier, its own cost, SKU, case size and minimum fill in instead. Record a supplier discount and landed costs such as freight and duty. Confirm the details against your supplier agreement before submission; the app does not decide those terms for you.
Share the order with your supplier
On Growth and Pro, download a PDF purchase order or email it to the supplier from Replenly. If the delivery should go somewhere else, add a ship-to address and it prints on the PDF and email. Check the supplier contact information and the finished order before sending.
The free plan covers 5 submitted purchase orders a month, and drafts don't count. PDF downloads and supplier email are paid-plan features. This distinction lets you choose the right plan before building a purchasing process around email delivery.
Receive what actually arrives
A shipment does not always arrive all at once. Record a full or partial delivery and write received quantities back to Shopify inventory. Outstanding quantities can be received when the remaining items arrive.
Record damaged units separately; they are never added to stock. If you send items back, record a supplier return with a reason and the credit you expect, and Replenly reduces Shopify stock to match. Receiving can also update Shopify cost per item with your last landed cost or a weighted average. That setting is off until you turn it on.
Count the delivery before recording it, and review the product and quantity you are updating. Use barcode-assisted stocktakes when you need to compare physical inventory with expected quantities at a location.
Keep track of invoices and spending
Record each supplier invoice and its due date. The due date fills in from the supplier's payment terms, and the order list shows what is still unpaid. A spend report totals what you ordered and received from each supplier over 30, 90 or 365 days, and each supplier's page shows how long its deliveries really took.
Search orders by PO number or SKU, filter by supplier, date or overdue, and export the list, a single order, your supplier returns, or received orders as a bills CSV for your accounting software. Nothing syncs automatically. You can also opt into a Monday email with open and overdue orders and last week's spend.
Keep the workflow affordable
Start free with up to 100 SKUs for reorder forecasting and 5 submitted purchase orders per month; drafts don't count. Growth adds up to 1,000 SKUs, 50 submitted purchase orders per month, and PDF and email POs for $19 USD per month.
Pro includes unlimited reorder forecasting and purchase orders for $39 USD per month. Growth and Pro also include a read-only API key. Paid plans offer a 14 day free trial, with recurring billing handled by Shopify. See the App Store listing for current plan terms.
