No settings sprawl, no ERP learning curve. Replenly is a small, focused app that does the replenishment loop end to end.
Reorder forecasting
Sales velocity is computed nightly from your order history and refreshed during the day as orders come in. Products get flagged when on hand plus inbound drops below their reorder point. Every suggestion is an estimate you can override.
Purchase orders, start to finish
Select flagged products and Replenly drafts one PO per supplier. Edit quantities and costs, submit, then download a PDF or email it to your supplier straight from the app.
Receiving that updates Shopify
Receive in full or in parts. Quantities are written back to Shopify inventory, so the shelf and your admin agree.
Barcode stocktakes
Snapshot expected counts by location, scan or type what's really there, review variances, apply safely. Label printing included.
Ingredients and recipes
Track raw materials that never appear in your catalog. Each sale deducts its recipe automatically, and low ingredients flag on the same dashboard.
Suppliers and lead times
A minimal supplier book: contacts, currency, lead time in days. Lead times feed straight into reorder points, so a slow supplier means an earlier flag.
Weekly low stock email
An opt-in Monday morning summary of everything that needs attention, grouped by supplier. Off by default, one checkbox to turn on.
Switching from Stocky
Stocky is gone. Your data doesn't have to be.
Shopify shut Stocky down on August 31, 2026. Replenly was built for exactly this moment: it covers the day to day Stocky workflow (purchase orders, reorder points, receiving, stocktakes) and it imports your Stocky CSV exports directly.
- Upload your supplier, product settings, and purchase order CSVs. Headers are detected automatically.
- Imports are idempotent: re-uploading the same file never creates duplicates.
- Row level error reports show exactly what didn't import and why.
